Ms. Linda Smith is the Stiles Hall Office Manager, and she is truly the heart of the space. Founded in 1884, Stiles Hall is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to serving the broader community while enriching the lives of students at the University of California, Berkeley. From the moment you walk through the doors, she greets every student with genuine joy, warmth, and care. Her presence creates an environment where students feel seen, welcomed, and valued. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure that Stiles Hall runs smoothly, always maintaining an organized, supportive, and comfortable environment for everyone. Her consistency and positive energy make Stiles Hall feel less like an office and more like a home.

As a UC Berkeley alum with a specialty in Early Childhood Development, Linda brings a deep understanding of care, patience, and community into her work every day.
